Greater Kendall is the fastest growing residential and business community in Miami-Dade County, with a population of over 300,000. Our community has over 5000 businesses with over 45,000 employees. Truly an entrepreneurial and small business environment, 74% of our businesses had 4 or less employees, 12% had 5 - 9 employees and 7% had 10 – 19 employees.
In the past few years, Kendall grew exponentially to the West where West Kendall business community was born and has grown by leaps and bounds. Due to this enormous growth we now consider West Kendall and East Kendall as the GREATER KENDALL area. The incredible recent growth has changed traffic patterns for residents who now find the area to be self sufficient in all service and retail areas. They no longer have to head east for great businesses, restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses, hotels, schools, colleges and universities and even our own Tamiami Airport! It is all here.
